Wyoming Business Council to exhibit at WestPack 2008
CHEYENNE – The Wyoming Business Council will exhibit at the WestPack 2008 trade show January 29-31 at the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, CA.
WestPack is the largest west coast packaging show and is co-located with seven other shows, ATX West, PLASTEC West, Pacific Design & Manufacturing, MD&M West, Electronics West. In addition, for the first time, WestPack 2008 will also include PTX West and Green Manufacturing Expo.
WestPack organizers anticpate that more than 45,000 production and manufacturing managers, packaging engineers, project/product managers, brand managers, operations managers, purchasing staff and general corporate managers will converge on the Anaheim Convention Center.
Participating in the event with the Wyoming Business Council is Everett Graphics, a folding-carton company which opened its new facility in Evanston in 2006. The city of Evanston received a $3,000,000 Business Ready Community
grant to construct a 62,500 square foot building on 11.5 acres to lease to
Everett Graphics, Inc., as a
second plant in addition to
their facility in Oakland,
California. For the past 50
years, Everett Graphics has
manufactured and printed specialty cartons, such as software cartons,
cosmetic boxes, chocolate boxes and packaging for other consumer
products.
